This 36-year-old engineer was bothered by the asymmetry and droopiness of her breasts. Determined to enhance the look of her breasts, she began searching for a highly experienced Los Angeles or Santa Monica plastic surgeon that specialized in breast augmentation procedures. She called the Los Angeles Marina Plastic Surgery practice and made an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
Her plastic surgeon knew that this was going to be a challenging procedure due to the asymmetry of her breasts. The surgeon noticed that her areolas varied in size, her left breast drooped to a lower position than the right, and her inframammary crease was positioned far from the lower portion of her breasts. Considering making all of these features more proportional, he suggested that she choose Moderate Profile Plus implants, which are round implants with a higher projection and moderate base lift. He also suggested that she have size 255 cc implants inserted through areolar incisions into submuscular pockets.
Her breasts now have a much more proportional look and she is thrilled to have more symmetrical breasts after her Los Angeles breast augmentation.
