This 46 yr old Teacher wanting some more fullness in her breasts. She had Breast Augmentation with 440 cc High Profile cohesive gel/or gummy bear breast implants.

The incision was made inframammary and the implant was placed under the Pectoralis muscle. She now wears a 34 D bra, and loves her new breasts.
