This 51-year-old woman was concerned with the sagginess and asymmetry of her breasts. In the hopes of finding a Los Angeles plastic surgery procedure that could enlarge the volume of her breasts in a youthful way, she made an appointment with a Marina Plastic Surgery Associates plastic surgeon.

During her consultation, her board-certified plastic surgeon explained how a breast augmentation procedure would help her meet her desires to enlarge and enhance her breasts. However he knew, after examining her breasts that this procedure was going to be challenging. She had left skin beneath her left areola than she did on her right, which would make it particularly hard to achieve symmetry.

The surgeon made incisions around her areolas (the skin surrounding her nipples), where he inserted her implants into her submuscular pockets. The implants that were inserted are called Allergan Naturelle® silicone gel-filled breast implants. This patient's implants were size 290 cc and round in shape.

Despite the asymmetry of her breasts prior to surgery, her surgeon did an excellent job creating enlarged and youthful looking breasts. She is thrilled with her new look from her breast enlargement in Los Angeles.
