After having her 2 children, this 42-year-old woman was tired of her deflated breasts. At 5'7" and 142 pounds wearing a 34 A cup, she wanted her breasts to look fuller like they did when she was pregnant. Determined to find a talented and experienced plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, she researched surgeons in the area and decided to contact Marina Plastic Surgery Associates for a consultation.
When she met with her surgeon, she explained her concerns and asked what options were available for breast augmentation. Together with her surgeon, they discussed implant size, type and placement to personalize her procedure and give her the best results. She decided to have 354 cc cohesive gel implants placed under the muscle through incisions around her areolas, or the skin around her nipples. Her implant choice would give her natural-looking breasts with an even breast slope and feel.
When her breast augmentation in Los Angeles was completed, she was given time to recover before these postoperative photos were taken. Her breasts look much fuller and very natural in her photos, with only slight redness around her areolas which will fade with time. She was very pleased with the results of her surgery and is happy with her new 36 C cup breasts.
