Patient Details
This 40-year-old woman was dissatisfied with the look and feel of her breasts. She wanted larger, shapelier breasts. After careful consideration, she decided that she was ready to speak with a Los Angeles plastic surgeon to discuss her options.

They decided that moderate profile saline implants of size 325cc were the best choice of implant shape, type, and size. For the implant and incision locations, she chose submuscular placement through areolar incisions.
