This 51-year-old mother developed capsular contracture and droopiness of the lower aspect of her breast years after she had her initial breast augmentation. She wanted to have larger breasts and an ideal shape. Dr. Stoker performed corrective breast surgery to achieve her goal. That included replacing her implants with 322cc, round, textured, midrange profile silicone implants. He also tightened the lower aspect of her breasts. She is shown before and five weeks following her surgery. Her result will continue to improve with time.
