Patient Details

At 5'2" and 106 pounds, this 26 year old patient is very slim and fit. Her breasts were her biggest area of cosmetic concern, but she wanted a breast enlargement in Los Angeles that would look very natural and proportionate with the rest of her petite frame.

She met with a doctor at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates who discussed her implant options. Because she had little breast tissue to begin with, he recommended silicone gel implants, which most women find look and feel more like a natural breast. Her doctor also recommended submuscular placement to improve how much the implant is concealed. She chose a periareolar incision so that scarring will be very unnoticeable.

During her consultation, she also talked with her surgeon about some smaller pockets of fat on her abdomen and inner/outer thighs. He recommended liposuction to create a slimmer look.

Her surgery went smoothly and her recovery was uneventful. In the "after" pictures, you can still see some very subtle scarring around the areolas, but this will continue to fade until it is practically invisible. With 253 cc cohesive gel implants, her breast size has gone from a 34 A to a 34 B+. She is very happy with her new appearance following her Los Angeles breast augmentation and liposuction surgery.
