Eligibility

Promotion valid for new surgical bookings only.
Consultation with Dr. Obi may be required prior to booking.
Patient must sign surgical quote/agreement and submit required deposit within the promotional period to qualify.
Offer applies only to qualifying surgical procedures as determined by the practice.

Promotional Credit

Promotional credit will be applied toward the total cost of the qualifying surgical procedure.
Credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
Credit may not be applied toward non-surgical treatments, skincare products, consultation fees, financing fees, revision procedures, or prior balances unless otherwise specified by the practice.

Restrictions

Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, package pricing, employee pricing, or third-party promotional programs.
Not valid on previously booked procedures or prior consultations.
Non-transferable and may only be used by the original patient recipient.
Promotion may not be substituted, assigned, or exchanged.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Surgery date does not need to occur during the promotional period; procedure must be booked and deposit paid during the promotional window.
If the patient cancels, the promotional credit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling may be subject to policies and availability.
